The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of personality traits with its emphasis on individual learning on students' career aspirations. The research is a descriptive - correlation study and the population consisted of all of MA educational sciences and Psychology students of Allameh Tabatabai University in academic years of 2016-2017. Graduate students (N=350) were assigned as research population. The research sample was selected by Using Cochran formula on Simple random sampling (n=180). The data gathering tools of the stratified sampling method included questionnaire, Career Anchors Shine, short form NEO personality traits and individual learning questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires have been confirmed in numerous Internal and external studies. With research on 30 students and by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient ,the reliability of the career aspirations questionnaire and personality traits and individual learning was obtained 0/91, 0/86 and 0/90 respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, regression analysis, path analysis) were applied to analyze the data by using SPSS and Amos Software. The findings showed that Personality characteristics in Error-level P

The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of school bonding in bullying at school. This study was a descriptive-correlational type. The population consisted of all of the students of the junior high schools in Yazd in the academic year 2015-2016. From the population, 365 students (180 female and 185 male) were selected by random cluster sampling method. Data were gathered through School Bonding Scale and the School Bullying Scale and then they were analyzed by using variance analysis and multiple regression analysis methods. Result showed that there was a negative and significant correlation between school bonding and three dimensions of bullying (bullying perpetration, bullying victimization, bullying perpetration/bullying victimization). The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that the school bonding could predict school bullying. Also, the results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that there was a significant difference between gender and school bullying, namely the malestudents displayed significantly higher levels of bullying perpetration, bullying victimization, bullying perpetration / bullying victimization, than their female counterparts. The findings demonstrated that strengthen school bonding have a significant impact on the reduction of students' bullying.

Choosing a field of study is considered as one of the most important measures of our lives, which has an undeniable impact on one's career and academic life. Selecting a field of study, in turn, depends on various factors, among which parents' role is one of the most crucial ones. Under different circumstances and due to various factors, parents can help their children to make a right choice or misguide them, which may lead to inappropriate decision making. Parents' familiarity with information and communication technology (ICT) is one of the factors included in this study, and the researcher intends to examine the impact of parents' familiarity with ICT on students' academic choices. In this survey study, the statistical population of 360 subjects was selected randomly from among the total population of 7800 students (9 to 11 grade male and female students) living in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The results showed that: given that ICT using parents have access to updated information and are more aware of the world's needs, they are more capable to help the students regarding their academic guidance compared to other parents. Typically, students guided by ICT using parents are more successful, make more successful decisions, and also enjoy better job markets compared to students guided by parents who are unfamiliar with ICT.

This study aimed at determining the relationship between emotional intelligence component Bar-on and religion among teenager (high school students) in Qazvin, in District 1. The research method is descriptive and correlative. The population is high school students of the district 1, Qazvin. The sample consisted of 100 university students who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Data gathering instruments were Emotional Intelligence Scale of Bar-on (1997) and Khodayari-fard, Samavati, and Akbari-Zaradkhaneh’s religiosity coefficient (2009). Data analysis was conducted by using Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression. The results of Pearson correlation indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and religiosity as well as all the components of emotional intelligence (except sub-component of stress control). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence as predictor variables can predict religiosity as a criterion variable in a meaningful and positive manner. Regression analysis revealed that each of the components of emotional intelligence (except the sub-components of stress control) can positively and meaningfully predict religiosity. The comparison of the beta coefficients indicated that the most important predictive factors for religiosity is the public mood.

This study examined the effectiveness of emotional intelligence training on the social competence and emotional regulation of the bullying students. Research method was experimental with pretest-posttest control group. The study sample consisted of the bullying students that were selected in the school year 94-1393 with multi-stage cluster sampling from the population. To collect data, the Revised Bullying Olwis Scale, Social Competence Questionnaire and Emotional Regulation Scale were used. The experimental group received 8 sessions and during the meetings the control group was not given any training. Multivariate analysis of variance showed that there is a significant difference among bullying students in the experimental and control group in social competence and emotional regulation. In other words, there is a difference in the component average of social competence and emotional regulation in experimental group after learning social-cognitive problem solving. These results suggest that emotional intelligence training can modify social competence and emotional regulation in the bullying students.

The main purpose of this research is the qualitative analysis of the Secondary School English Learning Curriculum based on Wayne Stein and Faint Straw Model. The research method is qualitative. For collecting data, unstructured interview was used. The population of this research included all the mall and female English teachers in Karaj. The sample was determined by theoretical saturation criterion, that after interviewing with 25 teachers, interview was saturated. The findings of data analysis included "Grounded Theory" that based on which the following factors such as: outdated English textbooks, foreign textbooks content are not good and enough and Foreign curriculum doesn't focus on four language skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking), unexperienced teachers who do not master new teaching method, grammar–based content, uninterested students in learning foreign language, grammar translating method instead of learning through communication, are effective in influencing learning English.

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of achievement motivation and goal orientation in the academic performance of students. In this study, 246 university students of Islamic Azad University of Abdanan selected through stratified random sampling and responded to Achievement Motivation Questionnaire (AMQ) and Elliot and McGregor development goals questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression and Pearson Correlation. The results showed that between the components of achievement motivation, hardworking and between the component elements of achievement goals, Mastery Approach have a significant effect on academic performance and can explain%21 of the total variance of academic performance. The application of these findings is that in order to save resources and time saving, between the eight components only planning to strengthen and upgrade two components is required, hardworking and Mastery Approach improve academic performance and providing programs to improve efficiency in other components is not required.

The aim of this research is toinvestigate the influence of mental states instruction on the moral judgment in the 5th grade female primary students of Hamedan. This research is a semi-experimental one with pre-test and post-test control group. The research population is all of the 5th grade female primary students in the academic year 1393-94 from which 75 students were chosen, by random cluster sampling, from Education Organization of Hamedan, Region 2, then were randomly replaced in one control group and several 15-peson groups. Learning of mental states for each tentative group was considered in 3 sessions. In this ground, control group received no training. The tool of research was moral judgment questionnaire of Sinha and Verma (1998). Data were analyzed by covariance analysis. With regard to value of chi- , the effect size is 66% which represents a strong impact of mental states learning on moral judgment increase.
