چکیده

به منظور کمک به درک بیشتر نقش متغیّرهای وابسته به معلّم ، که در حوزهی آموزش زبان بسیار مورد توجّه بودهاند، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی نقش خودکارآمدی1 و کارآمدی گروهی معلّمان2 به عنوان عوامل پیشبینی کننده رضایت شغلی3 در میان معلّمان زبان انگلیسی ایرانی میپردازد. بدین منظور، با استفاده از نمونهگیری دردسترس، با بکارگیری نمونهگیری دردسترس، یک نمونه ۱۷۹ نفری از معلّمان زبان انگلیسی در ایران سه پرسشنامه مربوط به سه متغیّر خودکارآمدی معلّم، کارآمدی گروهی معلّمان، و رضایت شغلی را کامل نمودند. نتایج بررسیهای مدل معادلات ساختاری4 نشاندهندهی این بود که کارآمدی گروهی معلّمان بیانگر ۱۶.۸ درصد از واریانس موجود در رضایت شغلی و خودکارآمدی معلّم تبیین کنندهی 24 درصد از واریانس رضایت شغلی معلّمان بود. اگرچه هر یک از این دو متغیّر تأثیر منحصر به فرد معنیداری5 بر روی رضایت شغلی داشتند، تأثیر خودکارآمدی از کارآمدی گروهی معلّمان به عنوان عامل پیشبینیکننده در میزان رضایت شغلی بیشتر بود.
