چکیده
هوش معنوی گروهی از قابلیت ها و ظرفیت های استفاده از منابع ، ارزش ها و خصایص معنوی در راستای ارتقای کنش و سلامت زندگی روزمره است . از این رو توجه روزافزون به این مولفه ضروری به نظر می رسد . در این پژوهش مدل کیفی همبسته های هوش معنوی در شواهد تجربی داخلی و خارجی تبیین می گردد . نوع مطالعه کاربردی و کیفی است و از روش سنتز پژوهشی و تکنیک فراترکیب استفاده شد . حوزه بررسی مقالات پژوهشی بین سال های 2005 تا 2020 برای تحقیقات خارجی و 1390 تا 1400 برای تحقیقات داخلی است . با استفاده از نگرش یکپارچه سازی و مدل سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) 170 مقاله گزینش و پس از معیار های ارزیابی 70 مقاله نهایی انتخاب شد . یافته ها در قالب مقولات ، مفاهیم و کد ها تحلیل و پیاده سازی شد . نتایج نشان داد همبسته های آموزشی ، خانوادگی ، فردی ، جامعه شناختی ، روانی ، شغلی ، خلقی و جسمانی همبسته های مرتبط با هوش معنوی در شواهد تجربی داخلی و خارجی است . نتیجه گیری : هوش معنوی با فراهم کردن زمینه های موثر یافته شده در پژوهش می تواند در ابعاد مختلف زندگی افراد اثر گذار باشد
