چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل چندسطحی عوامل سطح دانش‌آموز و سطح کلاس بر بهترین اهداف شخصی دانش‌آموزان بود. 600 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه شهر تبریز در پژوهش شرکت کردند. متغیرها از دو سطح دانش‌آموز (خوشبینی تحصیلی و ارزش تکلیف) و سطح کلاس (خودمختاری ادراک شده، ساختار ادارک شده و درگیری ادراک شده) انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌یابی خطی سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در سطح دانش‌آموز، اعتماد دانش‌آموزان به معلمان، احساس هویت دانش‌آموزان نسبت به مدرسه و ارزش تکلیف رابطه مثبت و معنادار با بهترین اهداف شخصی دانش‌آموزان دارد. همچنین در سطح کلاس متغیرهای خودمختاری ادراک شده، ساختار ادراک شده و درگیری ادراک شده رابطه‌ مثبت و معنادار با بهترین اهداف شخصی دانش‌آموزان داشت. در مجموع، یافته‌ها نقش عوامل سطح دانش‌آموز و سطح کلاس را بر بهترین اهداف شخصی دانش آموزان مورد تأکید قرار دادند. پیش‌بین‌های سطح دانش‌آموز 49 درصد از واریانس بهترین اهداف شخصی را در سطح دانش‌آموز و پیش‌بین‌های سطح کلاس 88 درصد از واریانس بهترین اهداف شخصی را در سطح کلاس تبیین کردند.
