تأثیر آموزش توانمندی‌های منش بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و عواطف مثبت و منفی کودکان

چکیده
هدف پژوهش بررسی تأثیر آموزش توانمندی‌های منش بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و عواطف مثبت و منفی کودکان بود. پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان دختر دبستانی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1404 بودند. 78 دانش‌آموز پایه پنجم (39 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 39 نفر در گروه کنترل) از منطقه چهار تهران با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از اجرای برنامه و یک ماه پس از آموزش به پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (PWBS) و عواطف مثبت و منفی برای کودکان (PANAS-C- SF) پاسخ دادند. برنامه آموزش توانمندی‌های منش به شیوۀ گروهی در نه جلسه نود دقیقۀ اجرا شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که آموزش توانمندی‌های منش بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و عواطف مثبت و منفی کودکان به‌طور معناداری تأثیر دارد. این تأثیر در پیگیری یک ماه پایدار مانده بود؛ بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه‌‌گیری کرد که آموزش توانمندی‌های منش، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و عواطف مثبت کودکان را افزایش و عواطف منفی آنان را کاهش می‌دهد. لذا، مربیان برای افزایش بهزیستی و تقویت عواطف مثبت کودکان و کاهش عواطف منفی آن‌ها می‌توانند مداخلات توانمندی‌های منش را در مدرسه طراحی و توسعه دهند.
