چکیده

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین جهت گیری اهداف پیشرفت و درگیری تحصیلی با میانجی گری ادراک از محیط مدرسه و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی انجام شد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی - همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دوره ی متوسطه دوم شهر خرم آباد در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که از میان آنها نمونه ای به حجم 334 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب و وارد تحلیل شدند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه های جهت گیری اهداف پیشرفت الیوت و مک گریگور (2001) ، ادراک از محیط مدرسه جیا و همکاران (2009)، خودکارآمدی تحصیلی پاتریک، هیکس و ریان (1997)، و درگیری تحصیلی ریو (2013) جمع آوری گردید. به منظور ارزیابی روابط بین متغیرها از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که جهت گیری اهداف تسلطی - عملکردی هر دو اثر مستقیم، مثبت و پیش بینی کننده ای بر میزان درگیری تحصیلی دانش آموزان دارند. علاوه بر این، جهت گیری های اهداف تسلطی و عملکردی هر دو به صورت غیرمستقیم و جداگانه ای توانستند درگیری تحصیلی دانش آموزان را از طریق ادراک از محیط مدرسه و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی پیش بینی کنند. این پژوهش به طور واضحی نقش متغیرهای محیطی و فردی به عنوان عواملی که بر خودتنظیمی دانش آموزان تاثیرگذار هستند، را آشکار می سازد.
