چکیده

عوامل روان‌شناختی مقدمه مهمی برای شروع آسیب‌های ورزشی هستند و همچنین نقش مهمی در توان‌بخشی آسیب و درنهایت بازگشت موفقیت‌آمیز به بازی دارند. هدف این پژوهش پیش‏بینی روان‌شناختی عملکرد پیش‏بینی آسیب‌پذیری روان‌شناختی عملکردی ورزشی بر اساس تنظیم شناختی هیجان و حمایت‏های اجتماعی در دانشجویان نخبه ورزشکار بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و مدل رگوسیونی چندگانه خطی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی ورزشکاران نخبه شهر تهران در سال 1400-1401 با دامنه سنی 18 تا 25 سال و سطوح مهارتی مختلف (ورزشکاران گروهی و انفرادی) است که از این جامعه، تعداد 300 نفر بر اساس روش تعیین حجم نمونه جیمز انتخاب شدند، روش نمونه‏گیری به‌صورت دسترس بود. برای جمع‏آوری داده‏ها از پرسشنامه روان‌شناختی عملکرد ورزشی (IPED) (Hernandez-Mendo, 2006) اصلاح‌شده پرسشنامه روان‌شناختی لوهر، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (CERQ) (Garnefsky et al., 2002) و پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی (SPS) (Cutrona & Russell, 1987) استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین توانایی‏های روان‌شناختی عملکرد با راهبردهای‏ سازش یافته تنظیم شناختی هیجان (481/9=، 211/14=β، 001/0p<) و حمایت اجتماعی (052/19t=، 276/1=β، 001/0p<) رابطه مثبت و معناداری در سطح احتمال یک درصد وجود دارد و بین توانایی‏های روان‌شناختی عملکرد با راهبردهای‏ سازش نیافته تنظیم شناختی هیجان رابطه منفی وجود دارد که ازلحاظ آماری معنی‏دار ناست (396/1-t=، 963/2-=β، 164/0=p)؛ بنابراین نتایج نشان داد که روان‌شناختی عملکرد با افزایش حمایت اجتماعی و راهبردهای سازش‏یافته هیجان افزایش می‏یابد که بالطبع باعث کاهش آسیب‌پذیری روان‌شناختی عملکردی ورزشکاران می‏گردد.
