چکیده
اخلاق یک سازه‌ی چندوجهی است. از یکسو سازه‌ای تحولی است و مراحل آن موازی با تحول روانی – اجتماعی است و از سوی دیگر ریشه در ارزش‌های فرهنگی دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مفهوم اخلاق در میان نوجوانان ایرانی است. با به‌کارگیری روش کیفی و با استفاده از طرح پدیدارشناسی، چگونگی مفهوم سازی اخلاق از دیدگاه نوجوانان بررسی شد. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش 77 نفر(49 دختر، 28 پسر) از بین دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه‌ی اول منطقه‌ی 4 آموزش و پرورش شهرتهران بودند. جمع‌آوری داده ها با استفاده از روش گروه‌های کانونی انجام شد. هفت گروه کانونی در مدارس دخترانه و چهار گروه کانونی در مدارس پسرانه تشکیل شد. پس از انجام تحلیل کیفی مصاحبه‌ها به روش کلایزی مشخص شد نوجوانان ایرانی اخلاق را در هفت مقوله تعریف می‌کنند که عبارتند از: عدالت، مراقبت، عاملیت اخلاقی، حساسیت اخلاقی، مسئولیت اخلاقی، انگیزش اخلاقی و ارزش‌های فردی. هریک از این مقوله‌ها شامل زیرمقوله‌هایی هستند. درباره ی ثبات و نسبی گرایی اخلاقی در بین نوجوانان، نوجوانان نسبی گرا هستند و اخلاق را وابسته به شرایط بیرونی و فرد مقابل می دانند. همچنین در تعریف اخلاق، نوجوانان بین نیت و رفتار اخلاقی تمایز قائل می‌شوند و اخلاق را مجموعه ای از نیت ها و رفتارها تعریف می کنند.بنابراین در این مطالعه مفهوم اخلاق و تعریف آن از دیدگاه نوجوانان ایرانی و در بافت فرهنگی جامعه‌ی ایرانی بررسی شد.
