پیشایندهای درگیری تحصیلی: آزمون مدلی براساس نظریه انتظار- ارزش

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی پیشایندهای درگیری تحصیلی بر اساس نظریه انتظار- ارزش ویگفیلد-اکلز بود. بر این اساس مدلی طراحی شد که فرهنگ اجتماعی به‌عنوان متغیر برون‌زاد؛ ادراک دانش‌آموز از محیط یادگیری، سبک اسناد، حافظه هیجانی، خودپنداره تحصیلی، انتظار موفقیت، ارزش تکلیف به‌عنوان متغیرهای میانجی؛ و درگیری تحصیلی به‌عنوان پیامد در نظر گرفته شد. به‌منظور آزمون مدل 710 نفر از دانش‌‌‌آموزان پایه‌های دوم و سوم متوسطه دوم رشته تجربی و ریاضی شهر قم به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. همه آن‌ها پرسشنامه‌های تعامل با معلم، همسالان، والدین، ادراک دانش‌آموز از محیط یادگیری، سبک‌های اسناد، خودپنداره تحصیلی، حافظه هیجانی، انتظار-ارزش و درگیری تحصیلی را تکمیل نمودند. روابط درونی متغیرها با مدل معادلات ساختاری و با نرم‌افزار6.1 EQS آزمون شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد فرهنگ اجتماعی بر ادراک دانش‌آموز از محیط یادگیری و سبک اسناد اثر ساختاری مستقیم داشت و به‌واسطه خودپنداره و حافظه هیجانی بر انتظار موفقیت و ارزش تکلیف اثر ساختاری مثبت داشت. خودپنداره و حافظه هیجانی نیز به‌واسطه ارزش تکلیف بر درگیری تحصیلی اثر ساختاری مثبت داشتند. تنها اثر ساختاری خودپنداره بر درگیری تحصیلی به‌واسطه انتظار موفقیت معنادار نبود. نظریه انتظار- ارزش مدل مناسبی برای درگیری تحصیلی دانش‌‌‌آموزان است. نقش و سهم باورهای انگیزشی و شناختی در تبیین درگیری تحصیلی و ساخت روابط درونی آن‌ها حائز اهمیت است.
