This study attempted to devise and standardized a scale for self• regulated as a cross-curricular competency among female and male students of Mashhad city. A random selection of 840 students participated in this research in the first stage. A 52-item questionnaire and 14 subscales using Likert scale from one to four were used. The results of this stage of the study showed that the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of this Questionnaire was 0/796. Principal component analysis ,using a Varimax rotation result 12 subscales. The results showed that, the females' self-regulated learning was stronger than males' self-regulated learning.

The object of this study is to compare job satisfaction and mental health of teachers in exceptional and normal primary schools in ,O Ahwaz city. The research sample included 180 teachers (90 teachers ; from exceptional schools and 90 teachers from normal schools) teaching in primary schools of Ahwaz city who were randomly selected using classified-quota sampling method from educational districts of Ahwaz city. Research instruments were Job Description Inventory (JDI) for measuring job satisfaction and revised mental signs list (SCL90-R) was used for measuring mental health. Person Correlation Coefficient, T test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the results. The results showed that there is a relationship between mental health and job satisfaction. Also, there was a meaningful difference between job satisfaction and mental health of normal and exceptional schools' teachers. Nonna! school teachers had higher J ob satisfaction and mental health than normal schoolsteachers.Female teachers had higher job satisfaction than male teachers while in terms of total health criterion, they had lower mental health. There is not however a significant relationship between job satisfactions among teachers with different education levels, although the difference in their mental health was significant

The aim of this research was to compare personality disorder in two groups of runaway and un-runaway girls. For this aim, we selected 35 runaway girls from Behzisty center of Tehran with random sampling that they were equal in four demographic characters: (age, education, occupation and marital status) with 35 un-runaway girls that they were chosen of Tehran's schools. The research instrument was Millon's Personality Disorder Questionnaire. version 3 (MCMI-III) that the coefficient's alpha of scales is between 0/85-0/97. We used T test to analyze data. The result showed that, personality disorder is more than un-runaway girls. Also, psychosocial and borderline personality disorder is more than un-runaway girls. Therefore, the importance of personality disorder and its role in runaway, it can be useful control and preventive interventions.

This study has done in order to evaluate the effect of experimental science concepts learning by using storytelling methods on the rate of students learning. The purpose of this research is whether storytelling method causes the increase of the rate of the students learning in experimental science concepts or not. The statistical population of this study were all students from first grade elementary girls in Tehran city and the sample size contained 64 students (32 students were in experimental group and 32 students were in control group). Students were replaced by using cluster sampling multi-stage method in experimental group in storytelling methods and the control ( conventional teacher training method). Then, for both groups, 16 educational sessions was held. Data obtained from the implementation of pre-test and past-test and covariance analysis were analyzed. Results showed that the storytelling method stabilized and increase the rate of students learning in experimental science concepts.

The aim of this research is to investigate job motivation among faculty members of Roudeben Azad University. Then, the job motivation of faculty members in the stated university was assessed considering the five levels known as physiological, safety .belonging, respect and self actualization needs. Analyzing the gathered information presents that the arrangement sequence of job motivation among faculty members is ordered as safety, physiological, belonging, respect ano self actualization needs. The findings also reveal a clean break and declining importance of job motivation based on the respect and self actualization among male and female members. The assessment of the constructed profile also shows that the motives based on physiological, safety and belonging needs of faculty members have not been fulfilled, the job motivation based on physiological and safety needs is of a greater degree in men rather than women and the job motivation based on belonging is of a greater extent among women rather than men

Many factors can influence on promoting entrepreneurship culture in ,universities. This research examines the influence of university ; students' psychic security as one of the important factors in promoting entrepreneurship culture in universities. For this purpose, three groups selected as sample, including entrepreneur scientific board members, entrepreneur university students, outside universities entrepreneurs that their products proportionate to their university studies and newly finished their studies. Accordingly, 383 out of 915 questioners that distributed among universities all over the country have been returned. 62 of those questioners have been used for validating and authorizing questioner and 43 questioners has been returned without any answer to sample group. Number of considered sample has been selected randomly and has been evaluated with questioner about the influence of university students' psychic security on promoting entrepreneurship culture. After administering different statistical process such as descriptive and inferential approaches, findings showed that university students' psychic security has great influence on promoting entrepreneurship culture.

Optimism is one of the personality traits which have an important role in preventing depression. With respect to high prevalence of depression in adolescence and with taking the important role of parents in development of their children personality traits, the aim of this research was to study the relationship between parents' personality traits and level of optimism and level of optimism of their adolescent children . The sample included 384 high school students (203 girls and 181 boys) in Tehran city during the academic year of 1386-1387 with their parents. The participants completed the revised life orientation test (Carver and Scheier, 1994) and the short form of personality traits questionnaire (Mc. Crea and Costa, 1992). The results indicate that there is a positive and meaningful relation between parents' level of optimism and their adolescent children level of optimism. Findings also indicate that there is a meaningful relation between some of parents' personality traits such as: fathers' extraversion, fathers' neuroticism, mothers' neuroticism, mothers agreeableness , fathers' agreeableness, and fathers' consciousness' and children level of optimism. But no meaningful relation were found between mothers extraversion, mothers openness, fathers openness and mothers consciousness' and children level of optimism. There was also no meaningful difference between girls and boys level of optimism
