Abstract

The aim of the research was to identify the integrated model of the integrated cognitive and motivational competence of the trainers. The statistical population of this research is the members of the academic staff of universities and technical and professional centers all over the country, as well as 37 research texts related to the snowball sampling method. The search was carried out to the threshold of usefulness. The research tool was semi-structured in-depth interviews with 18 people from the statistical population (based on data saturation). The results showed the need to develop innovation and skills in the organization, learning and empowerment. Information and communication technology, the use of new educational technologies in the field of teaching and learning of learners were the causal conditions for the emergence of the central category. The individual competencies of learners and trainers, the ability to plan for their own activities and those of learners relying on previous knowledge and external factors as intervening conditions, in addition, suitable organizational conditions and suitable infrastructures as background conditions or platform, educational needs assessment In the field of information technology, technology evaluation, improvement of educational methods and facilities, innovative management as a strategic condition and finally increasing the educational effectiveness and efficiency of the organization, facilitating the learning of learners and improving and organizational agility are part of the consequences of the integrated model of integrated cognitive and motivational competence technology. They were. Also, 7 cognitive competence components and 5 motivational competence components were identified.
