Children with diabetes experience debilitating conditions that can affect the happiness and hope of a child with diabetes. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of interactive education based on new media on happiness and disease acceptance in children with type 2 diabetes. This study was a quasi-experimental method of pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population of this study included all children with diabetes referred to Gabrik Medical Center and Diabetes Clinics in Tehran in 2009-2010. A sample of this population consisted of 44 people (24 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group) with Using the sampling method, they were selected voluntarily and placed in the experimental and control groups. The educational model was performed for the children of the experimental group for 6 sessions after the pre-test. The control group did not receive any special psychological training. The collected data were analyzed using analysis of covariance. The results showed that the model of interactive education based on new media has a significant effect on happiness and psychological hope of diabetic children (p <0.05). Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the interactive education model based on new media can be used as an intervention method for children with diabetes along with drug therapy.

As one of the leading factors shaping students’ conduct, school climate can make a significant contribution to creating happiness within schools and spreading it to the society. The present study was an attempt to identify the signs of a happy school structure based on students' perception of happy school. The Primary schools across Tehran city served as the field of study. The participants were selected through criterion sampling method. Data saturation was achieved in the 14th interview. The present qualitative article falls into the category of descriptive phenomenological studies. Semi-structured interviews and students' essays were used for data collection purposes. The collected data were analyzed through Colaizzi's seven-step method. "Code inspection and review "," eliciting and verifying the opinions of research fellows ", and "long-term immersion" were used in order to increase dependability, verifiability, reliability and accuracy of the data. The findings led to identification of 32 signs, 8 sub-themes and 3 themes namely "executive-management theme", “the school climate theme" and the “psychological factors theme". The Identified themes contribute to in-depth perception and accurate identification of happy school signs in field studies of schools. According to the results, it can be concluded that students’ expectations of happy schools bears no comparison to the existing state of schools, therefore, it is increasingly important to consider immediate revisions and take premeditated measures to improve schools climate and move towards happy schools.

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت شادکامی و رضایت از زندگی دانشجویان در زمان بحران بیماری کرونا ویروس جدید (کووید-19) است. روش پژوهش توصیفی مقایسه ای و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در استان تهران است که در نیم‌سال دوم سال تحصیلی 98-99 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، که از بین آنها تعداد 213 دانشجو به روش نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه های شادکامی آکسفورد و مقیاس رضایت از زندگی دینر و همکاران به صورت آنلاین تکمیل کردند. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با محاسبه فرمول آلفای کرونباخ برای هر یک از پرسشنامه‌ها به ترتیب برابر 95/0 و 80/ به دست آمد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌های حاصله، از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی بهره گرفته شد و نتایج به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS-24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از داده‌ها نشان داد که دانشجویان در شادکامی وضعیت خوب و در مقیاس رضایت از زندگی در وضعیت متوسط بالا قرار دارند. همچنین نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین جنسیت و مقطع تحصیلی مختلف با شادکامی و رضایت از زندگی وجود ندارد و تنها در مؤلفه انرژی مثبت در شادکامی این رابطه معنادار شده است، یعنی میزان انرژی مثبت در دختران بیشتر از پسران است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش پیشنهاد می شود که مسئولین بهداشت و سلامت جامعه باید در طول بیماری همه گیری COVID-19 علاوه بر برنامه ریزی جهت حفظ سلامت جسمی افراد، برنامه ریزی مناسبی نیز جهت حفظ و بهبود سلامت روانی افراد داشته باشند.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to predict happiness and creativity based on the school climate by mediating the educational Engagement, and emotional-social competence of high school female students. Method: The research method is correlational which a type of structural equation. A total of 518 students from all 16-18 year old students among public schools in Tehran were selected randomly by multi-stage cluster sampling. Students completed the questionnaire of Students' emotional-social competence: SECQ (2012), Rio's Educational Engagement (2013), Abedi's Creativity (1993), School Acceptance Questionnaire (SCASIM-St) (2017), Oxford Happiness OHI (1999) .Pearson correlation and structural equation model were used. Findings: Based on the model presented in this study, happiness variables as much as 41% = R2 creativity variables were explained to 42% = R2. Social-emotional-social competence of students had the highest total effect (51/44) on the happiness of students after school enrollment (0/414) and then educational Engagement (0/260). Emotional-social competence of students has the highest total effect (0/632) on students' creativity. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, promoting the positive climate of schools and social-emotional-social competence of students as important variables affecting the creativity and happiness of students in the priorities of education.

This paper investigated the relationship between social support (types, amount and importance of sources) with subjective well-being and academic achievement of pre-university female students. The research method was a descriptive and correlational (regression). The statistical population was all pre-university female students in Birjand. 220 students were selected randomly from three pre-university centres. Scale of Social Support for Children and Adolescents (CASSS2000, Malecki, Demary, & Ellliot, 2000) and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHI) was used to measure the research variables. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The research findings showed there was a statistically positive relationship between sources of social support and perceived level of support from parents and classmates with subjective well-being. In addition, only the importance of receiving support from parents related positively to students' subjective well-being. In types of support, only emotional and informational support had a statistically positive relationship with subjective well-being. On the other hand, the research results also showed that there was not a statistically correlation between types and network of social support with academic achievement. The study specifically highlights the role of parental support in subjective well-being.

In order to investigate the reliability and validity of Pemberton Happiness Index (Hervás & Vázquez, 2013), 677 Islamic Azad University students from Tehran in 2015-16 were selected by stage sampling model and completed Pemberton Happiness Index. Based on the correlation coefficient of each item with the overall score of the index and confirmatory factor analysis of the index items, no items were omitted. The reliability of the index through internal consistency was 0.90 and test-retest reliability was 0.92. For convergent validity, the correlations between the index and Oxford Happiness Inventory, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and Internality, Powerful Others and Chance Scale, and for divergent validity the correlations with Beck Depression Inventory-Short Form and Eysenck Personality Inventory Neuroticism Scale were reported. The convergent validity coefficients were calculated from 0.52 to 0.83 and divergent validity coefficients from -0.72 to -0.80. Using the principle component analysis and varimax and oblimin rotations led to the extraction of one factor, which explained 47.41% of the total variance. The one-factor structure of the index was confirmed and its indices showed good fitness. In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that Pemberton Happiness Index is a valid instrument in the university student samples and can be useful in further studies.

This study aims to design a model for explaining the happiness based on the coping styles and psychological resiliency in Farhangian University of Hamedan and students were as participant. For this purpose, among all the male and female students, 330 students (165 girls and 165 boys) were selected randomly and responded to happiness, resiliency and coping with stressful situations. The data were analyzed using the LISREL software. The results showed that the assumption initial model was confirmed by the excellent fit. Accordingly, there is a positive relationship between resiliency and happiness. Among The coping styles, problem-oriented coping style through resiliency affect the happiness of students and emotion and avoidance coping style have negative relationship with happiness. In this study, the role of coping styles and resilience on student's happiness was confirmed. It showed the importance of attention to two these component and reinforce them in order to increase of happiness.

The aim of this study was to explore the influences of Big Five-Factor personality traits on happiness and to examine the mediating effect of resilience in this relationship. In this research extraversion, neuroticism, open-ness, conscientiousness and agreeableness were considered as precedents of happiness, and resilience was considered as mediator between Big Five Factor traits on happiness. The sample consisted of 300 college students in Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz that selected via multistage random sampling. Data were collected by NEO-Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI). Structural equation model (SEM) through SPSS-21 and AMOS-21 were used for data analysis. Results suggested that model with some modification had good fit with the data. Results from path analyses revealed that resilience partially mediated the association between extraversion, neuroticism, open-ness and conscientiousness with happiness. One of indirect hypotheses of model (the agreeableness toward happiness by mediating resilience) was not confirmed.

Parenting styles is a determining and effective factor that has an important role in psychopathology and child development. Quality of parent-child relationship has significant effects on self-esteem and mental health of children. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship among parenting styles with resiliency and happiness of students. Research method in this study was correlation. The study population was all of students (male-female) of Islam Shahr that were studying in 2012. The final sample of research was 386 students (193 girls-193 boys) who were selected by multistage cluster sampling. For data gathering Baumrind parenting styles questionnaire, Oxford happiness test and Connor Davidson resilience scale were used. Also for data analysis Pearson correlation test and regression analysis were used. The results showed that there is a negative significant relationship between authoritarian parenting style and resiliency and happiness in students. In addition, there is a positive significant relationship between permissive parenting styles and happiness of students. But permissive parenting style was not significantly related to resiliency. Also there was a relation among authoritative parenting style with happiness and resilience of the students. Totally, results indicated that authoritarian parenting style can predict resiliency and happiness negatively in students. Also permissive and authoritative parenting styles positively predict happiness in students. But, authoritative parenting style can predict resiliency and happiness more strongly in students.

The aim of this research was to predict of happiness based on self-esteem and parenting styles in university students. In this purpose 350 students of Allameh Tabatabaee University were selected by random cluster sampling method. The instruments of this research were Rosenberg Self- esteem Questionnaire, Buri’s Parenting Authority Questionnaire (maternal form) and Oxford Happiness scale. In order to determine and analyze relationship between variables and to predict the changes of happiness the correlation and step by step regression analysis methods were used. The results demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between authoritative parenting style with self-esteem and happiness. A significant negative relationship was found between authoritarian style and happiness. Also any significant difference wasn’t observed in happiness scores between girls and boys. It was unmasked that self-esteem and authoritative parenting style have ordinally utmost contribution in explaining of happiness. Generally the results show that self-esteem and the kind of parenting style which parents apply have the essential role in happiness.

his study aims at religiosity and happiness and their relation among the students of kerman Islamic azad university in 2009- 2010.In this survey 200 girl students out of 5440 students of Kerman Islamic Azad University were selected randomly. The study is based on the correlation Research methodology. This survey in cludes question tools are religiosity test (sadeghi 2008) and happiness test (oxford2003) and descriptive statistics and statistical inference methods were used to analyze the details and the study hypothesizes. Finally the findings are analyzed by spss software. According to the results, there is a positive and meaningful correlation between religiosity among happiness.
