The global spread of the virus (Covid-19) has caused an increase in psychological problems in families. Since resilience plays a significant role in people's mental and physical health, the present study was conducted with the aim of meta-analysis on the relationship between Corona anxiety and resilience. The results of the current research showed that there is a moderate and significant relationship between Corona anxiety and resilience. The average effect size of Corona anxiety and resilience in the group of students, medical staff (doctor-nurse) and elderly people is 0.58, respectively., 0.23 and -0.23. This relationship is stronger in the group of students and young people than in the group of nurses and elderly people. To explain the relationship between age and corona anxiety, the meta-regression table was used and the results showed that 22% of the variance The difference between the groups in the effect sizes can be explained by age. The publication bias was done by beg and mazumdar's correlation test, the results explain the symmetry of the effect sizes (p<0.05). Considering the high prevalence of anxiety disorders during the spread of the virus (Covid-19) and considering the fact that the effect size of these two variables is strong in students, it is suggested to schools and universities to hold training classes to increase resilience. And since this relationship is weak in care workers and the elderly, it is better to focus on other factors such as strengthening (spiritual intelligence, increasing salaries, etc.) to reduce anxiety in these two groups.

This research attempted to define the role of grit, psychological hardiness, and resilience in academic engagement. Among a statistical society, 242 students were selected as a sample by a simple random sampling method. To collect data, using online social media, 5-question grit questionnaire (Dakourth, 2007), Norwegian version for the modified scale of hardiness (Hystad, Eid, Johnsen, Laberg & Thomas Bartone, 2010), resilience questionnaire (Johnsen, 2013), and academic engagement questionnaire (Rio, 2013) were employed. Obtained data of sample were analyzed by using the statistical softwares Spss &Amos and by path analysis. The results showed that Academic engagement was predicted directly by grit, psychological hardiness and resilience; According to the findings academic engagement was predicted indirectly, on the path of resilience, by grit. psychological hardiness through the mediating role of grit has also a indirect and meaningful effect on the Academic engagement .The results of the research were not confirmed indirectly on the path from psychological hardiness to academic involvement. The results indicated that 16% of academic engagement was explained, through grit, psychological hardiness, and resilience. Also, the variables for grit and hardiness explained 28% of academic engagement by resilience.

The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of resilience in the relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction in teachers in Baft city. The statistical population of this study included all teachers in Baft city, Kerman province, from which 320 teachers were selected as the sample by available sampling method. Connor and Davidson Resilience Questionnair, NEO Short Form and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed, structural equation modeling and bootstrap method to test the intermediate paths. Based on the results of the present study, the proposed research model has a good fit. The results indicate that neuroticism has a significant decreasing (inverse) relationship but openness to experience and agreement has a significant increasing (direct) relationship with job satisfaction. Resilience has a significant increase (direct) relationship with job satisfaction. Neuroticism has a significant decreasing (inverse) relationship with resilience, while extroversion-introversion and conscientiousness have a significant decreasing (direct) relationship with resilience. Neuroticism, extraversion and conscientiousness have a direct indirect relationship with resilience and a significant indirect relationship with job satisfaction through resilience. Therefore, it can be concluded that resilience has a mediating role between some personality traits with teachers 'job satisfaction and decision makers in the field of education should pay attention to the role of this variable in teachers' job satisfaction.

The aim of this study was to explore the influences of Big Five-Factor personality traits on happiness and to examine the mediating effect of resilience in this relationship. In this research extraversion, neuroticism, open-ness, conscientiousness and agreeableness were considered as precedents of happiness, and resilience was considered as mediator between Big Five Factor traits on happiness. The sample consisted of 300 college students in Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz that selected via multistage random sampling. Data were collected by NEO-Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI). Structural equation model (SEM) through SPSS-21 and AMOS-21 were used for data analysis. Results suggested that model with some modification had good fit with the data. Results from path analyses revealed that resilience partially mediated the association between extraversion, neuroticism, open-ness and conscientiousness with happiness. One of indirect hypotheses of model (the agreeableness toward happiness by mediating resilience) was not confirmed.
