The purpose of this research is to systematically study the characteristics of a learning environment that are considered in all aspects of the teaching-learning process in the curriculum and its practical implementation. This environment is influenced by culture, tradition, technology and richness in design and construction. The approach of this research is quantitative. In the designed model, the components of learning environment that were identified using content analysis in 7 dimensions are: learner, teacher, teaching-learning process, curriculum approaches, teaching content, learning environment physics, and evaluation. This model was validated by a researcher-made questionnaire. In the first part, the exterior model of the study is evaluated using first-order confirmatory factor analysis, presenting the results of convergent validity and divergence validity, and after establishing the validity condition, structural equation modeling using second-order measurement model is presented. For convergent validity, mean extracted variance (AVE) and reliability (CR) were calculated and Lisrel software was used to evaluate the designed model based on X2 indices of freedom, fitness index (GFI), adjustment index. Fit (AGFI), Soft fit index (NFI), Soft fit index (NNFI), Incremental fit index (IFI), Adaptive fit index (CFI), and Root estimation of second root estimation error (RMSEA) were used.

Choosing a field of study is considered as one of the most important measures of our lives, which has an undeniable impact on one's career and academic life. Selecting a field of study, in turn, depends on various factors, among which parents' role is one of the most crucial ones. Under different circumstances and due to various factors, parents can help their children to make a right choice or misguide them, which may lead to inappropriate decision making. Parents' familiarity with information and communication technology (ICT) is one of the factors included in this study, and the researcher intends to examine the impact of parents' familiarity with ICT on students' academic choices. In this survey study, the statistical population of 360 subjects was selected randomly from among the total population of 7800 students (9 to 11 grade male and female students) living in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The results showed that: given that ICT using parents have access to updated information and are more aware of the world's needs, they are more capable to help the students regarding their academic guidance compared to other parents. Typically, students guided by ICT using parents are more successful, make more successful decisions, and also enjoy better job markets compared to students guided by parents who are unfamiliar with ICT.

Instructional design is art and science of designation, detailed characterization for development, evaluates and maintains the positions that will facilitate learning and performance (Reigeluth, 2009). Instructional design is a very active area of instructional technology, which seeks to facilitate learning and performance (Reiser & Dempsey, 1391, translation by Vahdani Assadi., et al). Morality of the most important issues, that educational system focuses on it (Bagheri, 1389). To achieve educational goals in the teaching of moral education, we need better methods. The aim of this study is to provide instructional design model for moral education. For this purpose, multiple method of exploratory research with developed and confirmed model was used , for this purpose, in first step the concepts and theories in the field of moral education were reviewed, and after the classification, the conceptual framework developed, and instructional design model of ethics education was presented. Then moral instructional content, based on this instructional design model was designed, and on sixth grade students was conducted. The results show the impact of this model on moral growth and moral behavior students.
