چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت‏های غلبه بر سهل‏انگاری برکاهش سهل‏انگاری و عملکرد‏تحصیلی دانش‏آموزان مقطع ابتدایی پرداخته است. به این منظور 46 نفر از دانش‏آموزان مقطع ابتدایی منطقه 1 شهر تهران به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و آموزش مهارت‏های غلبه بر سهل انگاری برای آنان اجرا شد. برای سنجش میزان سهل‏انگاری دانش آموزان از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 25 سؤالی استفاده شد و برای سنجش عملکرد تحصیلی از معدل نمرات دانش‏آموزان استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‏های غلبه بر سهل‏انگاری باعث کاهش سهل‏انگاری و نیز افزایش عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‏آموزان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه شده است.
