Helping, which is one of the types of prosocial behavior, refers to a voluntary action or activity that a person shows in order to help others. In this research, the goal was to build a valid and reliable tool to measure the helping structure. This research is of a descriptive-survey type and the statistical population studied were psychology and educational sciences students of Allameh Tabataba’i University in 1401-1402, who were selected through a multi-stage sampling method to the size of 242 of this population. After developing questionnaire, internal consistency examined through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its construct validity through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Factor analysis identified 5 factors including voluntary help, help to family and friends, help to the relatives and strangers, small help and temporary help. Also, the results showed that people have a greater desire to help their family and friends, which is consistent with the existing evolutionary theories in this field. The current research was conducted on students and cannot be generalized to other strata, so it is recommended that this tool be implemented in other strata and other age groups and its psychometric properties should be studied.

In order to investigate the reliability and validity of Pemberton Happiness Index (Hervás & Vázquez, 2013), 677 Islamic Azad University students from Tehran in 2015-16 were selected by stage sampling model and completed Pemberton Happiness Index. Based on the correlation coefficient of each item with the overall score of the index and confirmatory factor analysis of the index items, no items were omitted. The reliability of the index through internal consistency was 0.90 and test-retest reliability was 0.92. For convergent validity, the correlations between the index and Oxford Happiness Inventory, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and Internality, Powerful Others and Chance Scale, and for divergent validity the correlations with Beck Depression Inventory-Short Form and Eysenck Personality Inventory Neuroticism Scale were reported. The convergent validity coefficients were calculated from 0.52 to 0.83 and divergent validity coefficients from -0.72 to -0.80. Using the principle component analysis and varimax and oblimin rotations led to the extraction of one factor, which explained 47.41% of the total variance. The one-factor structure of the index was confirmed and its indices showed good fitness. In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that Pemberton Happiness Index is a valid instrument in the university student samples and can be useful in further studies.

Objective: This research examined factorial invariance of Child Behavior Checklist by using confirmatory factor analysis. Method: The form was administered on a sample of non-referred students (697 boys and 650 girls) which were selected from primary, secondary and high schools of the city of Tehran. The sample was selected by means of multistage stratified random method. To estimate parameters and fitting a 8 correlated• syndrome model, weighted least square (WLS) function was used. The adequacy and fitting the model was assessed by RMSEA, SRMR, CFI, TLI, GFI, and AGFI indices. Results: The findings indicated that Achenbach 's 8 correlated factor model has good fit with data. This finding provides evidence about internal construct validity of CBCL. In addition, the results showed none of syndromes overlapped completely, indicating that syndromes were empirically distinguishable and possessed discriminate validity. Conclusion: The results of this study supported filling of the Achenbach model to our data and CBCL could be used lo assess emotional and behavioral problems of children aged 6-18 years.

The present study is about Construct, Validation and Factor analysis of vocational interest scale and examine the course and job organization with this scale within male an female who work in public organization in Tehran city. For reach to this goal, jobs and vocational interests were classified and then primary form of this test was prepared. Then, an experimental sample completed it and then final form repaired and 450 males and females randomly selected who worked in the public organizations in Tehran completed this forms. Result of Exploratory factor analysis with principle component analysis, showed 19 .factors. It means Construct Validity. For Reliability used of Alpha Cronbach coefficient that was 0/9482. Between male and.female was For Criterion Validity used of jobs scale of Holand and Correlation between this scale and Holand's scale was 0/662. Between male and female was meaningful different in technical, artistic, accounting and suggestion subscales. Between different organizations was meaningful dijferenl in technical, music, accounting, suggestion and farming subscales. Just Social and literary Vocational interests had meaninglid relation with Social and literary courses. Just accounting, suggestion, employment jobs organization had meaningful relation with accounting, suggestion, employment interests. Just technical, social, literary, accounting, employment subscales had meaning relation with technical, social, literary, accounting, employment interests that expressed verbal.
