Turnover of the video game industry is three times larger than the cinema. Students are the most consumer of this market. Games in addition to theirs benefits can causes many problems as Increasing violence. The study seeks to investigate the using rate of violent games and its relationship with the amount and type of bullying of elementary school male and female students in Bojnord. Data were collected through two questionnaires: Illinois bullying scale and a researcher-made game questionnaire. Findings showed that the rate of violent games among boys is significantly higher than girls. And the rate of bullying fights and victimization is higher among boys too. Contrary to expectations, the most important finding showed that there is a negative relationship between playing violent games with the dimension of bullying, the dimension of fighting and the dimension of victimization that in first two is meaningful. That is, games not only didn’t have a significant relationship with increasing violence, on the contrary have with reducing it. There are theories that can explain this finding, so that these games calm children by discharging the latent violence and therefore have a positive effect on their behavior; especially if the conditions and lifestyle were how they couldn't experience in real environment. The findings of this study, although challenging the mainstream, do not recommend the use of violent games to reduce school bullying; because moral, psychological and physical harms still remain, moreover there are other ways to prevent and reduce bullying at school.

This research has been done due to the objective of Specifying psychological characteristics in choosing of the teachers of preliminary schools. As This period has a major role in actualizing cognitive, social and emotive growth, it is evident that preliminary teachers should be master than other teachers in knowledge and skill. The research method is qualitative and the data has been analyzed by coding process. The population, in the first stage, consists of 12 scholars of education and in the second stage, 377 teachers of 19 zones of Tehran. The sampling is purposeful (Extreme or deviant case sampling), the instrument is semi-structured questionnaire and the gathering of data, variables and concepts has got saturation through interviewing 12 scholars of effective persons in area of education and master in knowledge of psychology. The findings of this research can be divided in 3 categories that include the psychological characteristics of teachers: The first category is cognitive dimension that consists of analysis power, tact, creativity, innovation, critical thinking, high IQ and powerful memory. The second one is emotional dimension which includes cheerfulness, good temper, interest in teaching, emotional stability, humility, modesty and fairness. The third one is Personality features that consists of honesty, responsibility, tolerance, adornment, class management, purity, high social interaction, positive thinking, self-respect and self-cofidence. The most important result of this research is that the psychological characteristics of teachers are the essential factors in promoting their professional proficiency that should be considered in their selection.

Document of basic evolution of education has described teacher as an example of honesty and knowledge. Authority is one of the key features of teacher that divided into desirable and undesirable ones. Usually, different kinds of authority are divided into two general categories: content-legal and formal-existential as desirable and undesirable ones. This study examined the relationship between types of teacher authority and anxiety, depression and achievement. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: the first one a researcher- made questionnaire to examine teacher’s authority and second one a mental health questionnaire (with two subscales of anxiety and depression). All of the high-school female students in 1393, in Bojnord were the population of this study. 378 students were selected as the sample size. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between formal-existential authority of teachers and achievements of students. But, there was significant positive relationship between this kind of authority and depression and anxiety of students. There was a significant positive relationship between content-legal authority of teachers and students achievements, and there was a significant negative relationship between this kind of authority and depression. The findings had high integrity and were in keeping with our expectations of different types of authority. formal- existential authority as undesirable one had direct relationship with anxiety and depression, and content-legal authority as desirable one had direct relationship with achievement and indirect with depression. Teachers through content-legal authority and their scientific and moral personality, in addition of respecting to students’ independence, can play a role as a desirable example (osveye hasane). On the other hand, teachers through avoiding imposing formal-existential authority can lead educational process toward safe academic achievement, internal motivation and totally toward deeper educational flows.

he literature area of mental health do not have any comprehensive view showing creativity and self efficacy and coping are important in mental health. This research conducted for determination structural relations of creativity, self efficacy and coping with mental health in order to comply an integrated model. The sample was 120 students of Tehran universities who were selected with random sampling of cluster multi-stage method. The research plan was correlation and use to multiple regression and LISREL method. The instruments were Torrance' test creative thinking, Goldberg' mental health questionnaire, Lazarus' coping scale and Shirer's self efficacy scale that those psychometric index’s were valid. Multiple regression analysis showed that the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and coping was positive and significant. Also, there was a negative and significant relationship between creativity, self efficacy and coping with mental health. Good fitness models showed that the relationship between creativity and self efficacy with mental health, and coping and self efficacy with mental health was also significant

owadays almost one seventh of people all over the world speak in “English” and numerous of the rest, learn it as a second or foreign language. Teaching and learning of this language is very important from political, social, cultural, scientific and international point of view. So, English as a subject has been embedded in curriculum of many formal educational systems. Teaching English in the formal educational system of Iran is started from guidance school and continued until pre-university. Word learning has an important role in foreign language learning process, because most of differences among languages refer to their word domain and many of them as Persian and English have very similarities in grammar domain. Learners to learn words for a long time may use many strategies that rehearsal (or rote memorization) seems to be the most prevalent of them. But, research has shown that this strategy is not so effective. Hence, researchers have examined more effective strategies such as mnemonic devices, for example keyword and mental imagery that effectiveness of them has been proved many times in different countries. The aim of this research is to examine the effectiveness of these two strategies in learning and retention of meaning of the English words in comparison to rote memorization among Guidance school pupils.

Many important events have occurred in recent decades; more over criticism of ordered Newtonian world according complexity paradigm has been continued. These occurrences have challenged education with new needs and problems. For replying to this new condition, many models and theories have been developed. The aim of this article is to explore one of this new theories-named connectivism that has been under consideration of many researchers in recent years. For this aim, researcher has gathered text documents and analyzed them to answer questions about this theory by descriptive-analytic methods: can connectivism be a theory? What criticisms challenge it? Is it essentially a new-build theory or has been built over previous theories? Analyzing of theoretical (and epistemological) bases of this theory according some criteria shows that connectivism can be seen as a theory. In comparison to behaviorism, cognitivism and constructivism, reliance of this theory on connective knowledge (or distributed knowledge) has been given a different epistemological base to it. However this theory still has no enough experimental support. So, applying it especially in the field of instructional design needs more research. Consequently, this theory can act as new coworker of existing learning theories not as their rival and especially can help to develop and direct e-learning in new spaces such as web 2.0.
