پیامدهای روان‌شناختی و آموزشی بیماری کرونا در دانش‌آموزان و راهکارهای مقابله با آنها

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی پیامدهای روان‌شناختی و آموزشی بیماری کرونا در دانش‌آموزان و راهکارهای مقابله با آن بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی بود. در مجموع 23 مقاله در حوزه کرونا مندرج در بانک‌های اطلاعاتیPubMed, Scopus،SID،Google Scholar ،Science Direct ، Civilica بررسی و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها بیانگر این بود که دانش‌‌آموزان در نتیجه بیماری کرونا و قرنطینه، در بعد فردی مشکلات روان‌شناختی مانند اضطراب، افسردگی، اختلال استرس پس از آسیب، استرس، ناکامی، ترس، خشم، احساس تنهایی و بی‌حوصلگی را تجربه کرده‌اند. در بعد بین فردی، دانش‌آموزان با مشکلاتی مانند مشکل در ارتباط با اعضاء خانواده، محدودیت ارتباطی با دوستان و معلمان، حمایت‌های اجتماعی ناکافی، کاهش درآمد خانواده را تجربه کرده‌اند. در بعد آموزشی مشکلاتی، مانند حضور شناختی و اجتماعی ضعیف دانش‌آموزان در فرآیند آموزش آنلاین، افزایش بار شناختی، ضعف انگیزه، مشکلاتی در مدیریت زمان، و نگرانی از ارزشیابی شناسایی شد. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌شود که در بحران‌های سلامت، مهارت‌های حل مسئله اجتماعی، تاب‌آوری، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، مدیریت زمان، و خودمراقتبی به دانش‌آموزان آموزش داده شود. همچنین پیشنهاد می‌شود که به والدین نیز مهارت‌های ارتباطی و راهبردهای مقابله با استرس آموزش داده شود. پیشنهاد می‌شود در آموزش ضمن خدمت به معلمان، بر افزایش حضور تدریس و استفاده از یادگیری مشارکتی در فرآیند آموزش آنلاین تأکید شود.
