This research was conducted with the aim of effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy on psychological capital and academic vitality of male students of Shahid schools in Dezful city. Semi-experimental research method with pre-test - post-test with control group and available sampling method, 30 people were selected and randomly assigned to two groups (15 people control and experiment). The data were collected by the Psychological Capital Questionnaires (Luthans, 2007) and Academic Buoyancy Scales (Hossin Chari & Deghanizadeh, 2011). They were also trained during 8 sessions (90 minutes) once a week for two months, based on the dialectic behavior therapy training protocol of Miller et al. (2007). During the training, the control group did not receive any intervention, and after the training, both groups were given a post-test. In order to analyze the data, multivariate covariance analysis was used. The findings showed that dialectical behavior therapy can significantly improve psychological capital with an effect size of 0.56 and academic vitality with an effect size of 0.47 (p < 0.001). On this basis, based on the results, it can be considered that dialectical behavior therapy can be considered as an effective intervention to improve the psychological capital and academic vitality of students.

Methods: The present study was conducted investigating Effectiveness Wisdom training on Psychological Capital and Spiritual Health in Second Period High School Students in Tehran city in 1398. The present study was applied in terms of purpose, cross-sectional in terms of data collection time and in terms of data collection method or nature of quasi-experimental research with pre-test-post-test design with control and follow-up groups. The statistical population of the study was all high school students in Tehran who were selected by one-stage cluster sampling method 30 people and divided into two groups of experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) experimental group under Wisdom training 8 sessions 90 sessions Minutes (based on a protocol designed by the researcher) and the control group remained on the waiting list. The main data of this study were obtained using the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (McGee, 2011). Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, skew-stretch, minimum and maximum) and inferential statistics (multivariate analysis of covariance) were used in data analysis. Finding: The results showed that micro-education increased students' psychological capital and components of resilience, self-efficacy, hope and optimism. The results also showed that Wisdom training is effective on the psychological capital of high school students in Tehran over time. Conclusion: The present study showed that wisdom education can be considered as an effective intervention in increasing students' psychological capital.

The aim of this research is to assess the model of academic burnout based on social problem-solving skills, psychological capital, academic conscience, and seeking academic help as well as determine the proposed theoretical model fit with the real data. This study is a descriptive-correlational research with an emphasis on possible causal relationships based on structural equation modeling. The population included senior high school students studying science in their fourth year in the first district of Ardabil during 2016-2017 school year. We used proportional stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined to be 291 participants using Morgan Table. The instruments included “Salmela-Aro and Naatanen’s Academic Burnout Questionnaire”, “D'Zurilla and Nezu’s Social Problem-solving Skills Inventory”, “Luthans’s Psychological Capital Questionnaire”, “Ilroy and Bunting’s Academic Conscience Questionnaire” and “Ryan and Pintrich’s Academic Help-Seeking Scale”. The results consistent with the hypotheses showed that adaptive social problem-solving skills had negative effect on academic burnout. Maladaptive social problem-solving skills and psychological capital had positive effect on academic burnout. In addition, the negative effect of seeking academic help as a mediator in the relationship between adaptive social problem-solving skills and academic burnout was confirmed. Furthermore, the positive effect of seeking academic help as a mediator in the relationship between maladaptive social problem-solving skills and academic burnout was confirmed. Academic conscience, as the mediator between psychological capital and academic burnout, was found to have an indirect and negative effect. And finally, the model with the experimental data from the study has a good fit.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between basic psychological needs and life satisfaction as well as the mediating role of Achievement motivation and psychological capital. The method used in this study was correlational, the path analysis. To do this research, 201 male and female students (110 girls and 91 boys) from Tehran University were selected by available sampling method And responded to the Basic psychological needs, Life satisfaction, Achievement motivation, psychological capital. Data analysis was done using R software. The results showed that the designed model was well fited to the data. According to the findings of this study, the relationship between basic psychological needs and life satisfaction was positively and significantly evaluated. In addition to direct impact, basic psychological needs and life satisfaction through intermediate variables Achievement motivation and psychological capital also have an indirect relationship. In general, we can approve the positive role of these factors in process of life.
