سبک زندگی تحصیلی سلامتمحور: ایدهای نوظهور در روانشناسی سلامت تحصیلی
مرور مبانی نظری و شواهد تجربی پیرامون آخرین تحرکات فکری در محدوده تلاش محققان علاقهمند به قلمرو مطالعاتی انگیزش پیشرفت، ضرورت واکاوی بیشازپیش دلایل تمایزدهنده مدلهای رفتاری منتخب بهوسیله فراگیران در محیطهای پیشرفت را بهوضوح مورد تأکید قرار میدهد. مطالعه مدلهای رفتاری مزبور از طریق تلاشی سیستماتیک با هدف تمرکز بر اَشکال ارجح این مدلهای رفتاری، هرگونه تمایزیافتگی در سبک زندگی تحصیلی فراگیران را مستدل میسازد. ظرفیت تفسیری نظریههای معاصر انگیزش پیشرفت، بستر اطلاعاتی توانمندی را پیرامون ظهور و بروز مدلهای رفتاری تسهیلکننده و یا بازدارنده سلامت تحصیلی فراگیران فراهم میآورد. بیشک، با تکیهبر آموزههای مفهومی برآمده از رویکرد روانشناسی سلامت تحصیلی، هرگونه تلاش در جهت تأکید بر بنیانهای تئوریک رفتارهای سبک زندگی تحصیلی، علاوه بر ضرورت پروراندن مرزهای دانش نظری، فرصتآفرینی برای شناسایی ظرفیتهای کاربردی این قلمرو مطالعاتی نوظهور را موجب میشود. مطالعه حاضر علاوه بر جهتدهی به فعالیتهای علمی محققان تربیتی، از نقش انکارناپذیر در بهسازی نشانگرهای ذهنی اثربخشی محیطهای پیشرفت برخوردار است. محققان در این مطالعه، ضمن تلاش برای ارائه ایدهای نوظهور در قلمرو روانشناسی سلامت تحصیلی با عنوان سبک زندگی تحصیلی سلامتمحور، میکوشند با تأکیدی بجا بر توان تفسیری رویکردهای نظری معاصر در قلمرو مطالعاتی انگیزش پیشرفت، در جهت کمک به مفهومسازی و متعاقب آن، عملیاتیسازی مفهوم نوپای «رفتارهای سبک زندگی تحصیلی سلامتمحور» گامهای استوار بردارند. بدینترتیب، پژوهش تحلیلی حاضر، با تکیهبر نظریههای معاصر انگیزش پیشرفت، به ارائه مدلی مفهومی از رفتارهای فراگیران در محیطهای پیشرفت میپردازد که هریک به میزانی و بسته به ماهیتشان، سلامت تحصیلی فراگیران را تسهیل و یا آن را بازداری میکنند. هدف از طراحی این مدل، که با عنوان «رفتارهای سبک زندگی تحصیلی سلامتمحور» نامگذاری شده است، مطالعه ابعاد انگیزشی فراگیران در مبادرت به انتخاب الگوهای رفتاری مختلف در موقعیتهای تحصیلی، با تکیهبر اجتماع نشانگرهای نهفته در رویکردهای معاصر انگیزش پیشرفت است بهگونهای که امکان پیشبینی و ترسیم نیمرخ انگیزشی فراگیران میسر گردد.

باورهای هوشی و اشتیاق تحصیلی: نقش واسطهگر شناخت اجتماعی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهگر شناخت اجتماعی در ارتباط میان باورهای هوشی و اشتیاق تحصیلی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و طرح همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 95-96 تشکیل میدادند که از این میان تعداد 300 نفر (174 دختر و 126 پسر) به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای شناخت اجتماعی، اشتیاق تحصیلی و باورهای هوشی و برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روشهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج جدول ماتریس همبستگی نشان داد که بین تمام متغیرهای پژوهش حاضر که شامل ابعاد شناخت اجتماعی، اشتیاق تحصیلی و باورهای هوشی بود همبستگی معناداری در سطح 01/0 p <وجود دارد. باور افزایشی هوش دارای اثرات مستقیم بر ابعاد انرژی و شیفتگی تحصیلی بود اما باور ذاتی هوش بر هیچکدام از متغیرهای پژوهش تأثیر معناداری نداشت. در ادامه نتایج تحلیل مسیر حاکی از معناداری نقش واسطهای شناخت اجتماعی در رابطۀ میان باورهای هوشی و اشتیاق تحصیلی بود. بهطورکلی میتوان نتیجه گرفت که شناخت اجتماعی و باورهای هوشی دو مورد از عوامل اصلی برای بررسی اشتیاق تحصیلی است.

تحلیل ساختاری تأثیر عاملهای شخصیت بر پیشرفت تحصیلی: میانجیگری راهبرد مقابلهای و اثربخشی عاملهای یادگیری دانشجویی
تحلیل ساختاری نقش عاملهای شخصیت در پیشرفت تحصیلی در دوره استرسزای انتقال به دانشگاه، با تمرکز بر راهبردهای مقابلهای و یادگیری دانشجویی در دانشگاه بهعنوان میانجی در زنجیرهای از حوادث مفروض شده است. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان ورودی جدید دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان بود. با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای، تعداد 273 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار شامل مقیاسهای پنج عامل شخصیت BFI (گلدبرگ، 1999)، مهارت مقابلهای COPE (کارور، شییر و وینتراب، 1989) و اثربخشی یادگیری دانشجویی CLEI (کیم، نیوتن، دونی و بنتون، 2010) بودند. تحلیل دادهها به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی که شامل: مدلهای اندازهگیری (آلفا کرونباخ، پایایی مرکب، روایی همگرا و واگرا) و مدل ساختاری (معناداری مسیر و ضریب تعیین، شاخص پیشبینی مدل و نیکوی برازش) انجام شد. یافتهها نشان داد وظیفهگرایی و گشودگی در تجربه با مقابله فعال اثر مستقیم و مثبت دارد؛ اما با عقبنشینی رفتاری اثر مستقیم و منفی دارد. همچنین ارتباط وظیفهگرایی و گشودگی در تجربه با سازماندهی مطالعه، پیشرفت تحصیلی بهواسطه میانجیگری مقابله فعال اثر غیرمستقیم و مثبت وجود دارد؛ اما با استرس بهواسطه میانجیگری عقبنشینی رفتاری اثر غیرمستقیم و منفی دارد. بین رواننژندگرایی با راهبرد مقابلهای اثر معنیداری وجود ندارد. در نهایت اینطور نتیجه گرفته شد که همافزایی راهبردهای مقابلهای و عوامل یادگیری دانشجوی (سازماندهی مطالعه، استرس و فشار زمانی) با تمرکز بر صفات شخصیتی دانشجویان منجر به پیشرفت تحصیلی میشود. با توسعه برنامهریزیهای آموزشی در جهت پرورش الگوی تربیتی مطلوب اقدام شود. درنتیجه هدایت ذخایر نیروی انسانی در مسیر صحیح، پیامدهای آموزشی و پرورشی مثبتی را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

اثربخشی برنامه ایمنسازی تربیتی– اجتماعی با رویکرد آموزههای اسلامی بر تابآوری دانشآموزان با رفتارهای پرخطر
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش برنامه ایمنسازی تربیتی– اجتماعی با رویکرد آموزههای اسلامی بر تابآوری دانشآموزان دارای رفتارهای پرخطر بود. این پژوهش به شیوۀ نیمه آزمایشی و با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشآموزان دورۀ متوسطۀ دوم دبیرستانهای دولتی شهرستان یزد در سال تحصیلی 1393 -1392 و نمونۀ پژوهش شامل 36 دانشآموز دارای رفتار پرخطر بود؛ بدین صورت که آزمودنیها پس از نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس رفتارهای پرخطر و تاب آوری استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش به کمک آزمون t تحلیل گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش برنامه ایمنسازی تربیتی– اجتماعی مبتنی بر آموزههای اسلامی، تابآوری را افزایش و رفتارهای پرخطر نوجوانان را کاهش میدهد. بهطور کلی، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه ایمنسازی تربیتی– اجتماعی مبتنی بر آموزههای اسلامی در افزایش تابآوری و کاهش رفتارهای پر خطر نوجوانان دختر دارای رفتار پرخطر مؤثر میباشد.

ارائه مدل علّی ادراک از جو آموزشی خلاق و مهارتهای حل مسئله با انگیزش تحصیلی: نقش واسطهای تحصیلی
هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل علّی ادراک از جو آموزشی خلاق و مهارتهای حل مسئله با انگیزش تحصیلی با نقش واسطهای خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه لرستان به تعداد 1643 نفر بود که از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان حجم نمونه 310 نفر تعیین و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادههای مورد نیاز از پرسشنامههای جو آموزشی خلاق محبی و همکاران (1392)، حل مسئله هپنر و پترسن (1982)، باورهای خودکارآمدی تحصیلی زاژاکووا و همکاران (2005) و انگیزش تحصیلی ورلند و همکاران(1989) استفاده شد. ماتریس همبستگی، تحلیل مسیر و شاخصهای نکویی برازش با نرمافزار Lisrel 8.5 جهت تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که جو آموزشی خلاق بر انگیزش تحصیلی اثر مستقیم و با میانجیگری خودکارامدی اثر غیرمستقیم دارد؛ اما مهارتهای حل مسئله بر انگیزش تحصیلی اثر مستقیم ندارد ولی با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی اثر غیرمستقیم دارد. نتایج پژوهش از نقش میانجیگری خودکارآمدی در رابطه ساختاری بین جو آموزشی خلاق و مهارتهای حل مسئله با انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان حمایت میکند.

تأکید بر ارزشهای اخلاقی بهویژه حمایت از رفتارهای اخلاقی در سالهای اخیر افزایش چشمگیری یافته است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثر واسطهای استدلال اخلاقی در رابطهی خودپنداره و فراشناخت اخلاقی (متغیرهای پیشبین) و رفتار اخلاقی (متغیر ملاک) دانشآموزان دختر دبیرستانهای شهر شیراز بود. برای این منظور ۳۰۰ دانشآموز با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامهی فرااخلاق سوانسون و هیل (۱۹۹۳)، سیاهه رفتار اخلاقی سوانسون و هیل (۱۹۹۳)، آزمون رشد استدلال اخلاقی معنوی پور (۱۳۹۰) و آزمون خودپنداره راجرز (-۱۹۷۵) را تکمیل نمودند. دادهها با استفاده از رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان و بر اساس روش بارون و کنی (۱۹۸۶) تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد خودپنداره (۴۲/۰-=β، 01/0P< ) و فراشناخت اخلاقی (18/0=β، 01/0P< ) بر استدلال اخلاقی اثر مستقیم دارند. همچنین خودپنداره و فراشناخت اخلاقی از طریق واسطهگری استدلال اخلاقی بر رفتار اخلاقی اثر غیرمستقیم دارند. استدلال اخلاقی بهصورت مثبت رفتار اخلاقی را پیشبینی میکند؛ بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که استدلال اخلاقی در رابطه بین خودپنداره و فراشناخت اخلاقی با رفتار اخلاقی نقش واسطهای دارد.

کاهش قلدری جسمانی و بهبود شایستگی اجتماعی در دانشآموزان: از سنجش کنشی رفتار تا طراحی مداخله رفتاری
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی کنش رفتار قلدری جسمانی، طراحی و ارزیابی اثربخشی مداخله چندجانبه کنش-محور و مقایسه مداخلات پیشایندمحور، پیامدمحور و آموزش رفتار جایگزین بر رفتار قلدری و شایستگی اجتماعی دانشآموزان قلدر بود. آزمودنیهای پژوهش شامل 60 دانشآموز قلدر، 15 دانشآموز طرفدار قلدر و 9 معلم پایه پنجم ابتدائی بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و روش غربالگری انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری پژوهش شامل مقیاس نقش مشارکتکنندگان، فرم نامگذاری همسالان، فرم نامگذاری معلمان، مقیاس قلدری ایلینویز، مقیاس خود-گزارشی شایستگی اجتماعی، مقیاس سنجش انگیزش و پرسشنامه مشکلات رفتاری بود. یک طرح شبه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون، همراه با گروه کنترل در پژوهش استفاده شد. یافته پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که کنش یا علت رفتار قلدری 45 درصد از آزمودنیهای قلدر، دریافت تقویت حسی است. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که مداخله چندجانبه کنش-محور بر کاهش رفتار قلدری و بهبود شایستگی اجتماعی دانشآموزان بهطور معنیداری اثربخش است. اما مداخلات پیشایندمحور، پیامدمحور و مداخله مربوط به رفتار جایگزین بهتنهایی بر کاهش رفتار قلدری و بهبودی شایستگی اجتماعی دانشآموزان قلدر اثر معنیداری ندارند؛ بنابراین، نتایج بیانگر اهمیت و نقش مداخله چندجانبه کنش-محور با در نظر داشتن تغییر همزمان پیشایندها، پیامدها و رفتار هدف بر کاهش قلدری و بهبود شایستگی اجتماعی دانشآموزان قلدر است. محدودیتها و کاربردهای پژوهش برای روانشناسان تربیتی بحث شده است.

نقش واسطهای ساختار انگیزشی در رابطۀ بین تواناییهای شناختی با رفتارهای پرخطر در نوجوانان
هدف این پژوهش پیشبینی رفتارهای پرخطر بر اساس تواناییهای شناختی با میانجیگری ساختارهای انگیزشی در نوجوانان دبیرستانی شهر تهران در سال 96-1395 بود. 426 دانشآموز دختر و پسر به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای رفتارهای پرخطر (زاده محمدی و احمدآبادی، 1390)، ساختار انگیزشی (کاکس و کلینگر، 2004)، و تواناییهای شناختی (نجاتی،a1392) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل) استفاده شد. شاخص برازش تطبیقی (94/0=CFI)، شاخص نیکویی برازش (95/0=GFI)، شاخص نرمشده نیکویی برازش (92/0=AGFI) و ریشه دوم میانگین مجذورات خطای تقریب (08/0=RMSEA) حاکی از برازش الگوی مفهومی با دادههای گردآوری شده بودند. یافتهها نشان دادند که ساختار انگیزشی (در دو بعد انطباقی و غیر انطباقی) رابطۀ بین تواناییهای شناختی و رفتارهای پرخطر را میانجیگری میکند. همچنین اثر مستقیم رفتار انطباقی و غیر انطباقی بر رفتارهای پرخطر معنادار بود. اثر مستقیم تواناییهای شناختی بر رفتار انطباقی و غیرانطباقی معنادار بود. همچنین تواناییهای شناختی توانستند 5 درصد از واریانس رفتار انطباقی و 28 درصد از واریانس رفتار غیر انطباقی را تبیین کنند. به علاوه ساختار انگیزشی (در دو بعد رفتار انطباقی و غیر انطباقی) و تواناییهای شناختی با هم توانستند 20 درصد واریانس رفتارهای پرخطر را پیشبینی کنند.

پیشبینی تعللورزی تحصیلی بر اساس ابعاد کمالگرایی
هدف از انجام این پژوهش پیشبینی تعللورزی تحصیلی بر اساس مؤلفههای کمالگرایی در دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان بود. طرح پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان در سال تحصیلی 1395-1394 بود که تعداد 250 نفر از آن ها (115 زن و 135 مرد) به روش تصادفی طبقهای بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند و با تکمیل پرسشنامه تعللورزی تحصیلی سولومون و راث بلوم (1984) و پرسشنامه ابعاد کمالگرایی هویت و فلت (1991) در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی، رگرسیون همزمان، رگرسیون گامبهگام، و t دو گروهی استفاده شده است. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که کمالگرایی خودمدار بهطور مثبت و معناداری تعللورزی تحصیلی و کمالگرایی دیگرمدار بهطور منفی و معناداری تعللورزی تحصیلی را پیشبینی میکند. در نهایت این نتیجه گرفته شد که با افزایش میزان کمالگرایی در دانشجویان میزان تعلل ورزی در آنها نیز افزایش مییابد.
