In this semi-experimental study, pretest-posttest randomized  group design and random sampling, from 100 children between 6-5 years and pre-elementary center in Tehran, Region 2, 30 children with low social skills, were selected and placed randomly in two groups, test group (15 children) and control group (15 children). Their mothers’ emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) were evaluated too .The members of test group participated in group games designed by researcher to learn social skills. They participated in these games ten sessions, two times per week. The researcher utilized two different tools to evaluate social skills and emotional intelligence quotient (EQ). Schemes in this research were computed by covariance analysis statistic test. Research results showed that teaching social skills in pre-elementary children by using group games improves their skills effectively. (p<0/001)   These conclusions also showed the fact that teaching social skills by controlling their mothers emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) in group games in pre-elementary their social skills (p>0/05). Also, Lateral Results using independent t test were showed that who girls in post-test than boys (p<0/05) and children of 6 years  old compared to 5-year-old children in post-test   are more social skills  (p<0/05). The results of univariate test showed that the coach education showed no effect on children's social skills.( in pre-test f=0/0911، in post-test f=1/035)}, keywords = {social skills,Group games,Emotional Intelligence Quotient}, title_fa = {آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی از راه بازی‌های گروهی با کنترل هوش هیجانی مادران}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بهبود مهارت‌های اجتماعی از راه بازی‌های گروهی با کنترل هوش هیجانی مادران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در روش نیمه آزمایشی حاضر، با طرح پیش‌آزمون -پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل، از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، از میان 100 کودک 6-5 ساله مهدکودک و مرکز پیش‌دبستانی واقع در منطقه 2 شهر تهران،30 کودک با مهارت‌های اجتماعی پایین، انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. هوش هیجانی مادران آن‌ها نیز سنجیده شد. برای، آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی، اعضای گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه در بازی‌های گروهی شرکت کردند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل: پرسشنامه مهارت‌های اجتماعی محقق­ساخته و پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی سیبریاشرینگ بود. داده‌های پژوهش با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس، پردازش شدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی از راه بازی‌های گروهی در کودکان پیش‌دبستانی بر بهبود مهارت‌های اجتماعی (01/0>p)  آن‌ها مؤثر است. و آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی با کنترل هوش هیجانی مادران  (05/0>p)بر بهبود مهارت‌های کودکان مؤثر نیست. همچنین، یافته‌های جانبی با استفاده از آزمون t دو گروه مستقل حاکی از آن بودند که دخترها در پس‌آزمون (05/0P <) در مقایسه با پسرها و کودکان 6 ساله در پس‌آزمون (05/0P <) در مقایسه با کودکان 5 ساله از مهارت‌های اجتماعی بیشتری برخوردارند. همچنین نتایج آزمون واریانس تک متغیره نشان داد تحصیلات مربی‌ها نیز تأثیری بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان ندارد.
