The purpose of the present study was to investigate the precision of the statistics based on the Rasch model (Up , Wp, lp &lzp) to detect response style of acquiescence in polytomouse data. Two sampels size (2000 and 500 data) was simulated according to Partial Credit model.The precision of person-fit statistics was compared under different testing conditions (Sample size, test length, percentages of aberrant-responding examinees and percentages of aberrant items) together. In order to investigate precision of the statistics used area under the ROC curve. The results showed that Up and Wp statistics had high precision to detect response style of acquiescence in all situations. About these statistics distinguished between the compatible and aberrant response patterns with the highest precision (>./9). lp and lzp statistics had low precision(./5<) in more situations and they could not distinguish response style of acquiescence. It is suggested that be used Up and Wp statistics to detect of the response style of acquiescence . Especially when persons want to be hired and they try to justify themselves.

This research has been done due to the objective of Specifying psychological characteristics in choosing of the teachers of preliminary schools. As This period has a major role in actualizing cognitive, social and emotive growth, it is evident that preliminary teachers should be master than other teachers in knowledge and skill. The research method is qualitative and the data has been analyzed by coding process. The population, in the first stage, consists of 12 scholars of education and in the second stage, 377 teachers of 19 zones of Tehran. The sampling is purposeful (Extreme or deviant case sampling), the instrument is semi-structured questionnaire and the gathering of data, variables and concepts has got saturation through interviewing 12 scholars of effective persons in area of education and master in knowledge of psychology. The findings of this research can be divided in 3 categories that include the psychological characteristics of teachers: The first category is cognitive dimension that consists of analysis power, tact, creativity, innovation, critical thinking, high IQ and powerful memory. The second one is emotional dimension which includes cheerfulness, good temper, interest in teaching, emotional stability, humility, modesty and fairness. The third one is Personality features that consists of honesty, responsibility, tolerance, adornment, class management, purity, high social interaction, positive thinking, self-respect and self-cofidence. The most important result of this research is that the psychological characteristics of teachers are the essential factors in promoting their professional proficiency that should be considered in their selection.

he literature area of mental health do not have any comprehensive view showing creativity and self efficacy and coping are important in mental health. This research conducted for determination structural relations of creativity, self efficacy and coping with mental health in order to comply an integrated model. The sample was 120 students of Tehran universities who were selected with random sampling of cluster multi-stage method. The research plan was correlation and use to multiple regression and LISREL method. The instruments were Torrance' test creative thinking, Goldberg' mental health questionnaire, Lazarus' coping scale and Shirer's self efficacy scale that those psychometric index’s were valid. Multiple regression analysis showed that the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and coping was positive and significant. Also, there was a negative and significant relationship between creativity, self efficacy and coping with mental health. Good fitness models showed that the relationship between creativity and self efficacy with mental health, and coping and self efficacy with mental health was also significant

In each group, there were girls and JO boys. The research is descriptive and the research tool is the 'family drawing test". The results showed that, thete is a significant difference between the girls and boys in each group. In the last section of this paper. some suggestions are given lo be used by other researchers.
