The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of resilience in the relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction in teachers in Baft city. The statistical population of this study included all teachers in Baft city, Kerman province, from which 320 teachers were selected as the sample by available sampling method. Connor and Davidson Resilience Questionnair, NEO Short Form and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed, structural equation modeling and bootstrap method to test the intermediate paths. Based on the results of the present study, the proposed research model has a good fit. The results indicate that neuroticism has a significant decreasing (inverse) relationship but openness to experience and agreement has a significant increasing (direct) relationship with job satisfaction. Resilience has a significant increase (direct) relationship with job satisfaction. Neuroticism has a significant decreasing (inverse) relationship with resilience, while extroversion-introversion and conscientiousness have a significant decreasing (direct) relationship with resilience. Neuroticism, extraversion and conscientiousness have a direct indirect relationship with resilience and a significant indirect relationship with job satisfaction through resilience. Therefore, it can be concluded that resilience has a mediating role between some personality traits with teachers 'job satisfaction and decision makers in the field of education should pay attention to the role of this variable in teachers' job satisfaction.

The main tool for data collection in this research is questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by validity (experts' approval) and construct validity (confirmatory factor analysis test). The reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Questionnaire data were analyzed using LISREL software. The normality of the data from the questionnaire was confirmed by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Then, the construct validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, regression analysis revealed that personality traits in general had a significant effect on the quality of life of female-headed households. Also, all five dimensions of personality traits (order of magnitude), such as empathy, agreeableness, neuroticism, extraversion, and conscientiousness, have a direct and significant effect on the quality of life of female-headed households.

Graduate students (N=350) were assigned as research population. The research sample was selected by using Cochran formula on Simple random sampling (n=180). The data gathering tools of the stratified sampling method included questionnaire, Career Anchors Shine, short form NEO personality traits and individual learning questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires have been confirmed in numerous Internal and external studies. With research on 30 students and by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the reliability of the career aspirations questionnaire and personality traits and individual learning was obtained 0.91, 0.86 and 0.90, respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, regression analysis, path analysis) were applied to analyze the data by using SPSS and AMOS Software. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationships between personality traits, family communication patterns and assertive behavior. To do this, on a sample of 223 students were chosen who completed the revised version of Personality Traits Scale (Eysenck, 1973), Family Communication Patterns Scale (Fitzpatrick & Ritchie, 1994) and Assertive Behavior’s Questionnaire (Herzberger et al, 1984). Cronbach’s alpha were used for investigating the reliability and validity of instruments. The findings showed that all instruments have sufficient reliability and validity. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis (enter method) revealed that dimension of introversion-extraversion was a positive and significant predictor and neuroticism was a negative and significant predictor of assertive behavior. Conversation orientation was a positive and significant predictor for assertive behavior and the conformity orientation was a negative and significant predictor of assertive behavior. As a result, it can be said that having some personality characteristics and high conversation orientation in family can increase children's assertive behavior.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits, studying approaches and academic achievement in BA students at Allameh Tabataba’i University. The method used in the study was descriptive-correlational survey. In this research, a total sample of 110 students was chosen by cluster sampling. The sampled students were asked to fill out the Personality Five-Factor Questionnaire along with the Approaches and Skills of Study Questionnaire, and their semester average was used as the criterion of academic achievement. The results of the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient showed that the relationship of neuroticism and surface approaches of studying with academic achievement was negative. The relationship between academic achievement and extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and deep approaches of studying was positive. Academic achievement was not associated with openness to experience. Furthermore, the multivariate regression analysis indicated that deep and surface approaches of studying, neuroticism, conscientiousness and extroversion could predict the academic achievement. Students who are more extroverted, agreeable or conscientious and use deeper studying approaches experience more academic achievement.
